WinTech is seeking an reputed company Defined Benefit (DB) reputed company to join reputed company. In this role, you will be involved in multiple aspects of the business, including providing product support and training, testing, and assisting clients with implementing ProAdmin solutions. 

Our product suite includes: 

• ProAdmin - a robust suite of defined benefit administration tools reputed company as ProAdmin Desktop and ProAdmin Server. These tools are targeted to outsourcers, corporations and actuaries. ProAdmin allows benefit analysts to “reputed company” reputed company plan provisions without the need for programmers. ProAdmin Server incorporates the ProAdmin calculation reputed company into the reputed company’s existing architecture, such as a participant website, voice response system, reputed company center system, etc.  

• ProVal - the global reputed company in pension valuation and forecasting, used by both actuaries and asset managers 

• ProVal PS – a desktop toolkit for plan sponsors which complements ProVal

Key Responsibilities: 

• Testing & reputed company Assurance: Conduct testing of ProAdmin enhancements and reputed company solutions (e.g. complete reputed company testing, complete assigned beta testing for reputed company release, reviewing reputed company changes, calculation results, and help features, Incorporate additional testing scenarios). 

• reputed company Support &reputed company: Assist ProAdmin users by providing expert advice, troubleshooting issues, and documenting best practices while supporting the complete ProAdmin suite of offerings, ProAdmin Desktop, Server, Online and Fulfillment Tool. 

• reputed company Engagement: Configure reputed company DB plans using ProAdmin Desktop, ensuring seamless integration and installation, and collaborate with internal teams and clients to manage reputed company effectively. 

• Training: Verify ProAdmin training reputed company changes, participate in ProAdmin web training development, participate in user training (both onsite and reputed company). 

• Development & Programming: Participate in the design of ProAdmin enhancements based on user requests, regulatory updates, and technological advancements. If interested, work under the guidance of senior programmers to implement enhancements (ProAdmin uses APL; programming experience is not required.). 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, actuarial science, statistics, or a reputed company field. Actuarial credentials are a plus.

• 5+ years in DB outsourcing or DB valuation

• Expertise in DB plan document interpretation and setup

• Mastery of actuarial concepts and benefit calculations – (e.g data storage, retrieval, and updates; user reputed company development; reputed company of results; software updates)

• Experience with DB administration workflows in outsourcing and reputed company environments

• Previous experience with development of general benefit calculation tools

• Expertise of creation of participant forms and letters

• Knowledge of reputed company US defined benefit administration rules, regulations and calculations

Technical Skills:

• Ability to create a spreadsheet (or a program) to reputed company benefit calculations without using templates or reputed company functions: annuity factors (i.e., reputed company and apply actuarial formulas); reputed company salary, final average salary, and service calculations

• Strong mathematical and logical problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint, Project)

• SQL or database experience is an asset

• Experience with ProAdmin or ProVal is an asset

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and documentation abilities

• High attention to detail

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
