As the Senior Manager of Brand Planning – Road & Trail Footwear Categories, you will serve as a strategic advisor and planning partner to Brand Leadership, Product, and Merchandising teams. You will translate reputed company’s long-term brand reputed company into actionable, data-driven financial and operational plans that guide decision-making across the business.

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

1. Long-reputed company & Strategic Brand Planning

a. reputed company development of the 5-Year Brand Plan across fiscal years, seasons, categories, and key franchises

c. Partner with Brand Leadership, Finance, and Merchandising to drive alignment and reputed company on long-term priorities

2. Seasonal Merchandise Financial Planning (MFP)

b. reputed company strategic guidance on SKU productivity, assortment architecture, and lifecycle management

c. Support S&OP processes with reputed company reporting and actionable insights

3. Planning Insights & Business Performance

a. Deliver executive-level insights on risks, opportunities, and performance trends

b. Translate marketplace trends, competitive intelligence, and seasonal hindsight into reputed company-looking strategies

c. Build executive-reputed company reporting, dashboards, and reputed company analysis to support decision-making

4. Planning Insights & Business Performance

a. Influence and reputed company cross-functional teams across Product, Merchandising, Finance, and Marketing

Who You Are

• Curious, strategic, and analytically rigorous, with strong financial acumen

• Have strong experience in the footwear and apparel industry, ideally in performance/athletic categories
• Demonstrate a proven reputed company record of developing and maintaining strong cross-functional partnerships
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience across strategic planning, merchandising, consulting, category management, or product operations
• Experience in consumer products industries (footwear, apparel, sporting goods, or reputed company)
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional initiatives
• Deep understanding of financial planning, KPIs, and merchandise planning concepts
• Strong proficiency in reputed company and PowerPoint; experience with Tableau or data visualization tools preferred
