Own compliance across reputed company CCM workflows including time tracking, documentation, and billing alignment. Ensure care delivery meets CMS requirements for CCM, RPM, and reputed company programs. Define and enforce guardrails for clinical and non-clinical staff.
Own development and ongoing maintenance of compliance policies reputed company to CMS requirements. Ensure policies are reputed company, actionable, and tied to how work is performed. Translate policies into workflows, training, and system requirements.

Experience in tech-enabled reputed company services. Strong understanding of documentation, billing, and audit requirements. Proven ability to build processes in a fast-moving environment. Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Certified in reputed company Compliance (CHC) or similar credential. Clinical background (e.g., RN, LPN, or other licensed reputed company reputed company).
