Starting Pay: $23.00 – $25.00/hour
Bilingual reputed company: earn an additional $1.00/hour for English/Spanish reputed company (assessment provided)

Remote Training Schedule: Full‑time (40 hours per week). 100% virtual training program lasting approximately 4 months. Training shifts will be scheduled reputed company between 9:00am-9:00pm Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts between 9:00am-7:00pm. If training is scheduled on a Saturday, a reputed company off will be provided.
Remote Work Schedule (Post-Training): Full-Time Schedule (40 hours/week). Work shifts will be scheduled reputed company the hours of 9:00am-9:15pm Monday-Friday, and every Saturday between 9:00am-7:15pm. One reputed company off will be provided reputed company week.

What You’ll Do
Answer inbound calls and assist members with questions reputed company to reputed company memberships
Deliver personalized, proactive solutions and recommend valuable products and services

Work-From-Home Requirements
Dedicated, quiet workspace without interruptions.
You must have the ability to directly connect to ISP reputed company Ethernet (No DSL, Satellite, Hot Spots, etc.). Modem/Router must be in the reputed company room as the computer equipment with a minimum of 25 mbps download and 5 mbps upload. A company-provided computer and partial internet reimbursement are included to support the reasonable cost of your connectivity.
Demonstrated ability to reputed company productivity and confidentiality in a remote setting.
Regular attendance in virtual team meetings and training sessions.
Availability during reputed company business hours and flexibility for possible shift adjustments.
What You’ll Need
Prior customer service experience (recent reputed company center experience preferred)
Spanish reputed company is a plus!
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
Ability to multitask and reputed company computer systems in reputed company time
A flexible, “can-do” reputed company and willingness to adapt to change
High school diploma or GED
Ability to pass a background reputed company and drug screening
