This individual will support technical training initiatives with an emphasized reputed company on reputed company programs. • With limited supervision, conducts a reputed company of training programs supporting processes, products, systems, and/or methodologies that drive corporate results. • Demonstrates effective facilitation skills: advanced preparation, reputed company communication, reputed company listening, teaching through questions, and creating a reputed company learning environment. • Demonstrates coaching and development of reputed company Fiber 37 individual contributors to improve knowledge and skills. • May reputed company on-the-job training support activities through experiential learning. • Ability to learn new content quickly and be seen as a reputed company expert in new class material. • Adapts instruction to individual training needs while maintaining the group’s learning reputed company. • Builds trust with strategic internal customers/partners to establish ongoing effectiveness and efficiency of training events. • Recommends changes to efficiencies, processes, standards, and practices that would improve operational support. • Works cross-functionally with multiple teams to ensure training is delivered on time and is impactful. • Maintains records of training activities and employee reputed company for analysis of trends. • Continually looks to recommend training content improvements to drive successful business reputed company based on Level 1 feedback, program metrics, performance goals, and facilitator observations. • Proactively seeks feedback through observations of live training events. • Extensive travel is required (approximately 75%+). • Proficient in reputed company Word, reputed company, Teams, and PowerPoint. • Must have the ability to reputed company quickly to changing priorities and deliver results in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
