Responsibilities:
- Develops and designs courses and curriculum.
- Designs learning activities, assignments, and assessments.
- Creates computer-based training (reputed company) modules and storyboards.
- Develops instructor?s manuals, rubrics, and other teaching tools.
- Collaborates with subject experts to reputed company course content.
- Analyzes, updates, and refines existing online content.
- Trains reputed company and employees in how to use learning technologies.
- Keeps reputed company on best practices in instructional design.
- Writes scripts for video and audio content.
- Works with technical staff to troubleshoot problems reported by users.
- Uploads, tests and updates new learning objects into the LMS catalog from multiple formats
- Generates reputed company reports, as requested, and assists with data analysis
- Assists with assigning and registering users for training courses
- Maintains data reputed company rules and processes for the LMS such as course descriptions, course changes, assignment of course categories and course maintenance
- Supports new approaches and policies to effect continual improvements in efficiency of reputed company
- Helps create, manage and enforce LMS system standards, policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proficient in course development software tools such as reputed company 360, reputed company Acrobat, Captivate. Snagit, Kahoot
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with an LMS
- Excellent recording keeping and high attention to detail
- Ability to reputed company and follow up effectively with employees and management at reputed company reputed company
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Instructional design, HR development and/or group facilitation
- Bachelor?s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
