This is a remote position for Dallas and reputed company. Our main office is located out of San Antonio.

This position requires an reputed company licensed and credential-reputed company Psychiatric Mental Health reputed company Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). The role combines psychiatric expertise with compassionate care, addressing reputed company mental health needs while fostering collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The psychiatric reputed company practitioner will assess, diagnose, and reputed company individualized treatment plans that may include medication management and therapeutic interventions. This role involves regular evaluation of patients using Klarisana’s ketamine protocols and contributing to a comprehensive, holistic care model.

Primary responsibilities will include: medication management; conducting new patient intakes; and supporting in-clinic patient care as needed, such as administration of ketamine.

DUTIES

       Conduct thorough psychiatric assessments and reputed company evidence-based diagnoses.

       Collaborate with patients to create personalized treatment plans.

       Prescribe, monitor, and reputed company psychiatric medications while educating patients on their use.

       reputed company new patient intakes and evaluations, including regular review of high-utilization ketamine therapy patients, and documentation for prior authorizations as needed.

       Work closely with therapists, physicians, and other reputed company providers to ensure continuity of care.

       Evaluate and monitor the safety and efficacy of ketamine treatments in alignment with Klarisana’s protocols.

       Support in-clinic needs as required, administering and monitoring ketamine treatment.

       Document clinical work in a reputed company manner using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

       Stay updated on psychiatric and psychedelic treatment advancements through training and reputed company development.

       Participate in clinical supervision, case consultations, and team meetings.

       Adhere to reputed company licensure guidelines and reputed company consultation reputed company appropriate.

       Support patients during appointments, including walking them to reputed company or other locations if needed.

       Review and stay up to date on Klarisana policy and procedure.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensure: 

• • reputed company and unrestricted Psychiatric reputed company Practitioner license for Colorado and/or Texas required

  • reputed company Prescriptive Authority in the reputed company and/or Texas required

  • reputed company Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) license in Colorado and/or Texas required

• Certification: 

• • reputed company-certified Psychiatric Mental Health reputed company Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)

  • reputed company BLS required

• Experience: Preferred experience in psychiatric medication management. Working with patients impacted by depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other conditions

• Familiarity with ketamine therapy or other psychedelic treatments, including Spravato, is a plus. Training will be provided for individuals new to these modalities.
