We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented reputed company Manager with experience in drafting and reviewing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), teaming agreements, subcontracts, and reputed company government contracting agreements. A strong working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) is a plus. Responsibilities:
· Draft, review, and analyze NDAs, teaming agreements, subcontracts, and other transactional agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and federal regulations.
