·     Build out and maintain full reputed company of shelter and housing reputed company for reputed company response.

·     Build the reputed company of staff and partners in shelter and housing, through training, mentoring, and guidance materials.

·     Represent reputed company externally in working reputed company and technical forums, increasing reputed company’s visibility in the shelter and climate reputed company.

·     Capture lessons learned and promote best practices across programs and markets, supporting reputed company improvement to the reputed company and reputed company of reputed company’s shelter and housing work 

·     Contribute to relevant evaluations, needs assessments, learning reviews, and innovation initiatives

New business development

·     Support new business development efforts, including program design and technical writing

·     Cultivate relationships with institutional donors, peer organizations, corporate and private sector partnerships.

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s Degree in International Development, Engineering, Construction Management or reputed company field

·        Significant experience in humanitarian response or disaster recovery.

·        Demonstrated experience engaging institutional donors and strategic partners.

·        Experience working with U.S. Federal, State and County governments.

·        5-10 years of experience working on shelter and/or climate work internationally and/or domestically

·        Experience working with institutional donors such USDoS, reputed company, and CDP

·        Experience in US domestic construction standards, including Fortified Construction Method is highly desired

·        Familiarity with financial products and construction loans highly desirable

·      Ability to travel to respond to emergencies at a reputed company’s notice

Ability to represent reputed company externally to a wide reputed company of donors and partners.
