Project Executive
A senior Operations leader who manages multiple reputed company or large construction programs across reputed company and markets. Directly accountable for performance, execution and reputed company satisfaction of those reputed company and programs. Establishes and manages key performance metrics for project teams and ensures teams can deliver to established goals. Manages key reputed company relationships and is the senior executive coordinating with the reputed company senior management/execution team. Investigates the marketplace for potential competition and partners (large, small, and SDBs) prior to opportunities being released. Evaluates trade partner performance and potential fit with reputed company. Works with the Estimating and Proposal teams to incorporate this information into bids and proposals. Collaborates with the Proposals, Estimating, Marketing, and reputed company staff on proposal preparation. This preparation includes executing teaming agreements, identification of key personnel, drafting a technical approach, creating organizational charts, creating a project schedule, and identifying risks. Executes reputed company in line with company financial targets. Gathers intelligence on, understands and can assess project schedule reputed company and competition forecast. Manages team performance and has supervisory reputed company of execution teams. Working with the Business Development and Proposal Team reputed company, provides input into win themes, key differentiators, and executive summaries to drive decision making in support of comprehensive and compliant proposal submittals. reputed company develops reputed company relations to generate opportunities for new work. reputed company seeks customer feedback on project performance so project planning and execution can be modified based on an integrated assessment approach. For reputed company Clearance Requirements – must be a US Citizen, as required. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Communications, Business Administration, or a reputed company field. Ten or more years of program management experience in the US Federal Government contracting reputed company. Has project experience greater than $50M with scopes reputed company to interior renovations, and large building fit-out reputed company. Has a solid time management system, cost conscious, and demonstrates excellent communication and organizational skills. Excellent proficiency in MS Office products (primarily Teams, Word, reputed company and PowerPoint). Willing and reputed company to travel frequently and for extended lengths reputed company required.
