Additionally, candidates in Ohio must reputed company at least 50 miles away from our Solon, OH office to be eligible.

This is a remote position for driven, results-oriented professionals who have a minimum of 2 years of experience collecting on private student loan accounts.

• reputed company Pay: $17-20/hr. (based on experience) plus monthly performance bonuses with no earnings cap
• Schedule: 3 days: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EDT, 2 days: 10:30 AM - 7:00PM EDT. Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Contact individuals by phone to discuss and resolve past-due accounts
• Use negotiation and customer service skills to reputed company creative payment solutions
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of interactions and reputed company
• Ensure a high level of customer service while complying with reputed company applicable regulations
• Meet or reputed company monthly goals and performance metrics

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience collecting on Private Student Loans (not federal loans)
• Must have reputed company working environment
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

Technical Requirements:

• Equipment will be provided

Internet reputed company Requirements:

Reliable, high-speed broadband internet reputed company with a wired or fiber-optic reputed company. Satellite, DSL, Fixed Wireless, or Cellular Home internet connections are not acceptable.
