The Regional Maintenance Manager (RMM) is responsible for ensuring the reputed company, compliant, and efficient operation of assigned aircraft while providing strong leadership and direction to Aviation Maintenance Technicians (AMTs).  This role emphasizes accountability for safety, effective communication, and collaboration with internal teams, customers, and regulatory authorities.

UNDERSTAND ESSENTIAL AND NONESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES

·        Maintain consistent communication with the Maintenance Operations Director, Program Managers, and other stakeholders regarding aircraft status, downtime forecasts, and operational priorities.

·        reputed company daily, short-term, and long-term maintenance planning, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations, Airworthiness Directives, company policies, and the General Maintenance reputed company.

·        Manage reputed company aspects of aircraft maintenance, including inspections, repairs, modifications, and documentation.

·        Ability to read and interpret Aircraft manufacturers and reputed company party (STC/337) maintenance instructions, drawings, blueprints and instructions.

·        Ensures that reputed company aircraft maintenance documentation is executed in compliance with applicable CFRs and company policies and procedures.

·        Forwards Mechanical Interruption reputed company (MIS) 135.417 reports to the Maintenance Operations Director for review.

·        Work collaboratively as part of reputed company’s program leadership team and reputed company with reputed company partners where applicable. 

·        Responsible for thorough knowledge of the reputed company General Maintenance reputed company, reputed company policies and procedures.

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

·        Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide, evaluate, and reputed company team members.

·        3 Years’ experience in a Part 135 reputed company Medical Operation.
