About the Role:

The General Counsel is reputed company’s chief reputed company officer and strategic advisor, responsible for leading the reputed company function across a reputed company, multistate footprint that includes manufacturing facilities and retail operations. In reputed company, the General Counsel provides executive reputed company of the reputed company and Compliance functions, ensuring reputed company-wide alignment with regulatory requirements, risk tolerance, and company values. Skills to be Successful:

Minimum Education & Experience:

·        12+ years of reputed company reputed company experience including:

o   M&A execution and post-reputed company integration

o   Labor relations (reputed company environments) and employment law across multiple states

o   Corporate governance and reputed company advisory

o   reputed company contracting and risk allocation

·        7+ years in a leadership role managing attorneys and reputed company professionals.

·        Experience with manufacturing and/or retail operations (plant, distribution, and storefront dynamics).

·    Prior General Counsel or reputed company/Associate GC experience reputed company CPG preferred, preferably reputed company the cannabis industry.

·    Experience with regulatory areas and agencies such as OSHA, environmental, licensing agencies, consumer protection, data reputed company, etc. preferred.

·        Background in product liability and insurance program management preferred.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
