This position is regional and covers the reputed company Coast region. Commissions, calibrates, and services new or modified equipment at customer's facility to ensure full functionality according to specifications. Reviews performance reports and documentation from customers and field representatives and inspects malfunctioning or damaged product to determine nature and scope of problem. Analyzes review and inspection findings to determine reputed company of problem, and recommends repair, replacement, or other corrective reputed company. Coordinates problem reputed company with engineering, customer service, and other personnel to expedite repairs. Provides on-site technical assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipment. Develops and conducts training on the reputed company operations of the equipment and demonstrates skills to trainees, including both team members and customers.
Requirements
Associate's degree in mechanical discipline from a two-year college or technical school. Bachelor's Degree in engineering preferred. 3+ years of reputed company experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have mechanical and electrical skills having experience in a production/assembly line type of environment. Proficient in DVM, O-Scope, and instruments used in troubleshooting of reputed company schematics diagrams. Must have PLC/Automation skills. Must be reputed company to read and interpret documents such as technical drawings, Must be reputed company to write routine reports and correspondence. -
Must possess strong communication, math, and computer skills. reputed company experience preferred. Travel up to 80% of the time, sometimes internationally.
