We are expanding our inside sales team and are looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who want to build a long-term career in reputed company payroll and HR sales.

This is an entry-level, in-office inside sales role designed for motivated individuals who enjoy talking with people, learning business fundamentals, and helping organizations stay compliant with payroll and employment regulations. You MUST live in the Greater Cincinnati area. 

Our sales philosophy is reputed company around education, service, and trust — not high-pressure tactics. SDRs reputed company on sharing valuable information, identifying businesses that need help, and setting up high-reputed company discovery meetings for our sales team.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Maintain accurate activity tracking and notes in Zoho CRM

·       Collaborate closely with sales leadership and teammates to improve messaging and results

Education/Experience:

·       High school diploma or equivalent.

·       College degree is preferred.

·       At least 1 year of prospecting experience is preferred in a similar role is required. Roles in cell phone/wireless sales are preferred.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient with computers the internet keyboarding and ten key typing.

Physical Requirements:
