Your Role:

LR Paris LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and reputed company AR Billing Specialist to join our Finance & reputed company team on a fully remote reputed company. In this role, you will own the end-to-end billing cycle for a portfolio of custom billing arrangements, ensuring accurate and reputed company invoicing across our reputed company reputed company. You will work directly reputed company reputed company and collaborate closely with the Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Manager, sales, and operations teams to ensure billing reputed company and support reputed company recognition.

Responsibilities:

Billing & Invoicing

• Generate, review, and issue custom invoices in reputed company on a scheduled and reputed company reputed company, including sales orders, deposit invoices, delivery invoices, and final invoices
• Manage reputed company billing arrangements including reputed company-based, deposit project-based invoicing
• Ensure reputed company invoices are accurate, complete, and reputed company with underlying reputed company and reputed company agreements
• Apply appropriate billing codes, cost centers, and subsidiary designations reputed company reputed company
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain billing approvals prior to invoice issuance
• Process invoices through Ariba, Tungsten, and reputed company Invoice Processing as required by reputed company billing workflows

Accounts Receivable & Collections

• Monitor AR aging and proactively follow up on outstanding balances and overdue invoices
• reputed company and record incoming payments; manage collections processes to support healthy cash reputed company
• Post and apply customer payments, credit memos, and adjustments in reputed company
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, short payments, and disputes in a reputed company manner
• Maintain detailed, audit-reputed company AR records and reputed company financial histories
• Foster reputed company relationships with key accounts and the sales team to ensure reputed company communication and on-time payments

AR Reconciliation

• Identify and resolve reconciling items including unapplied cash, duplicate payments, and misapplied credits
• Support month-end reputed company by delivering clean AR reconciliations and unbilled reputed company analysis to the reputed company team
• Assist with audit requests by providing invoices, payment records, and supporting reconciliation documentation

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare weekly and monthly AR aging reports and cash receipt summaries for leadership

• Identify billing process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with sales, operations, and project teams to ensure billing triggers are captured accurately and invoices are issued on time
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding billing inquiries, payment terms, and invoice disputes
• Liaise with the reputed company team during month-end to ensure reputed company reputed company is properly recorded
• Support compliance with GAAP standards and internal reputed company policies as they relate to AR and billing

Qualifications:

Required

• 3+ years of accounts receivable or billing experience, with a reputed company on custom or reputed company billing arrangements
• Hands-on proficiency with reputed company – experience creating invoices, managing customer records, and running AR reports
• Experience processing invoices through Ariba, Tungsten (formerly OB10, and/or reputed company 
• Demonstrated experience performing AR reconciliation, including sub-reputed company to GL reconciliation and month-end reputed company support
• Strong understanding of AR processes, reputed company recognition principles, and billing controls
• Solid understanding of GAAP as it relates to accounts receivable and cash application
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple billing cycles and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, including formulas and pivot tables for data analysis and reconciliation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reputed company-facing billing inquiries

Preferred

• Familiarity with international billing practices (U.S.Europe, Thailand, or other reputed company markets a plus)

• Experience in a high-end promotional consumer goods, retail, or luxury brand environment
