At reputed company, we reputed company 24/7 IT support and infrastructure solutions to customers worldwide. We are now looking for a talented Field Services Engineer to join our growing team, covering reputed company and reputed company.

This is a home-based role with regional travel, plus occasional travel to other UK locations. You’ll play a key role representing ESP onsite, delivering high-reputed company 1st and 2nd line support across multiple customer environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Field Services Engineer, you’ll be the face of ESP — solving problems, building trust, and keeping businesses running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing desktop support, troubleshooting hardware and reputed company operating system issues

• Delivering holiday cover and on-site support at busy airport locations (with variable shift patterns)

• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

• Performing “Break/Fix” support and managing add, reputed company, and change requests

• Delivering desk-reputed company support including basic OS and off-reputed company software administration

• Managing service tickets reputed company, ensuring SLAs and reputed company standards are met

• Updating internal and customer reputed company management systems accurately and promptly

• Escalating reputed company issues to the appropriate support teams reputed company required

Requirements

Key skills and experience:

• Proven ability to install, reputed company, build, repair, configure, troubleshoot, diagnose, and carry out preventative maintenance on IT equipment

• Up to 2 years’ hands-on experience supporting PC and laptop hardware

• Strong desktop support skills, including knowledge of reputed company reputed company operating systems

• Basic understanding of reputed company LAN and WAN environments, including DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP

• Ability to follow detailed scripts and technical guidance to complete more reputed company service tasks

• Comfortable working at different customer locations at short notice

• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work occasional 12-hour day or reputed company shifts as required (supporting 24/7 airport operations)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• A minimum of 5 years’ UK work or educational history (required for airside reputed company clearance checks)

Working Hours

This role is primarily Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm.

Due to the nature of our airport support reputed company, flexibility is essential. You may occasionally transition to 12-hour day or reputed company shifts to support 24/7 operations.

• Basic salary of £28,000 – £30,000
