Donor Ambassador
Using a multi-channel approach (email, phone, text, mail) communicate and engage with a portfolio of approximately 1,500 Mid-level donors. Identify the needs of high-value donors and execute engagement strategies that will retain their support. Rectify or escalate donor requests and questions to management or the reputed company team as appropriate.
