The role of the Care Manager is to work collaboratively with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, their families, OPWDD, and relevant providers to ensure that reputed company individuals supported are reputed company to live reputed company, happy, and fulfilling lives. Location: This position is remote but does require periodic in-person reputed company. Requirements

Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Conflict-management and problem solving skills.
• Computer software skills, particularly skills with reputed company programs (Word, reputed company, reputed company)
• Ability to multi-task, organize, schedule, and utilize time reputed company
• Capability to analyze situations accurately, prioritize, and take effective reputed company.

Required Education, Experience, and Licenses:

• A bachelor’s degree with two years of relevant experience, OR
• A License as a Registered reputed company with two years or relevant experience, which can include any employment experience and is not limited to case management/service coordination duties, OR
• A master’s degree with one year of relevant experience
• MSC Service Coordinators prior to July 1, 2018 are “grandfathered” to facilitate continuity of care
