A high school diploma or GED is required an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university in a reputed company discipline. In the absence of a degree, directly reputed company job experience serving in a Project Manager role , where a number of years and proven knowledge may offset the degree requirement.
At least 2 years in an industrial maintenance environment or equivalent military experience , or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
Willingness to stay educated in the reputed company industry; as cranes become increasingly sophisticated, need to be increasingly computer literate and technologically savvy

Heavy Lifting/Pulling (min 75 lbs.)
Ability to work at heights greater that six feet above the ground
