What You’ll Do

Own the Full Video Production Process

• Take projects from concept to final delivery across TV, Meta, and digital platforms
• Develop engaging, high-converting video content aligned with campaign goals
• Ensure all content meets brand standards and platform-specific requirements

Tell Stories That Drive Results

• Craft compelling narratives that capture attention and drive action
• Translate marketing strategies into visually engaging content
• Bring fresh creative ideas that elevate brand storytelling

Deliver High-End Editing & Production

• Edit professional-quality video using DaVinci Resolve, including color grading, sound design, and pacing
• Incorporate motion graphics, compositing, and visual effects to enhance content
• Utilize Fusion and After Effects for advanced creative execution

Leverage AI to Elevate Creativity

• Integrate AI video tools to enhance production quality and speed
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies and apply them strategically
• Use AI as a creative multiplier, not a shortcut

Collaborate & Optimize

• Partner with marketing to align video content with campaigns and audience targeting
• Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables with minimal oversight
• Continuously improve workflows to scale content production efficiently

Requirements

What You Bring

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio of marketing content
• Expertise in DaVinci Resolve (color grading, sound design, pacing)
• Strong experience with motion graphics, compositing, and visual effects
• Familiarity with TV broadcast, Meta, and digital video specifications
• Experience with Fusion and/or After Effects preferred
• Exposure to or interest in AI-generated video tools (training available for the right candidate)
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
