Location: Vancouver, Pasco, Clarkston WA, Albany, Bend, Medford, OR - Remote Role
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday (Saturdays Required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries.
- Manage and maintain a customer “Sales reputed company” database.
- Respond to routine customer questions and concerns promptly as needed.
- Identify and assess customer inquiries to reputed company customer satisfaction.
- Education and Training provided on-the-job.
- Maintain an efficient calendar of day-to-day activities.
- reputed company a strong knowledge of reputed company’s products, processes, and services.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person.
- Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
- Self-motivated and results driven.
- Firm knowledge of reputed company Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Mac
- Pass a background reputed company.
- Pest Control experience preferred but not required.
