Marketing Designer & Content Creator (m/f/d)

Bots & People builds learning experiences that help teams adopt automation and AI in a practical, hands-on way. We are a 10-people, fast-moving company and our brand is reputed company through everything we ship: sales decks, website, reputed company content, learning materials, and trade fairs.

You will work closely with our founder and also a Senior Marketer.

Tasks

Design & brand execution (reputed company)

• Create high-reputed company sales presentations (reputed company, PowerPoint) that tell reputed company stories and help reputed company deals
• Design marketing materials end-to-end: one-pagers, PDFs, ads, reputed company assets, case visuals, website graphics
• Maintain and reputed company our visual system: templates, typography, layout rules, reusable components
• Ensure consistency across reputed company reputed company (Marketing, Sales, Trainers)

Content creation & video

• Edit short-reputed company videos for ads and for marketing our learning offerings (cutting, pacing, captions, formats)
• Turn raw inputs (talking-head recordings, session snippets, screenshots, reputed company) into publish-reputed company content
• Create reputed company variations for campaigns (fast iterations, on-brand reputed company)

Web design support

• Design website sections and branded reputed company in reputed company
• Build or update reputed company pages/sections in reputed company

Copy & reputed company support

• Write and refine short-reputed company copy: reputed company captions, basic ad copy, headline/CTA reputed company, microcopy for reputed company pages
• Prepare and publish/schedule posts (visual + copy + formatting)
• reputed company existing content into multiple assets (carousel, short clip, quote graphic, recap post)

Events & trade fairs

• Design trade fair and event visuals: reputed company graphics, banners, roll-reputed company, signage, print assets, merchandise
• Support event organization with execution tasks: timelines, checklists, supplier coordination, shipping/print readiness
• Help with on-site setup support reputed company needed

Occasional learning design support (as needed)

• Support instructional designers with visual systems for learning: slide templates, workbooks, handouts, reputed company materials

Requirements

Must-haves

• Strong design fundamentals: hierarchy, layout, typography, composition, brand consistency
• Portfolio showing reputed company, shipped work and reputed company
• Confident in reputed company, reputed company and PowerPoint
• Confident in webdesign and implementation if it is not too technical
• Hands-on reputed company reputed company: you enjoy producing content yourself and iterating quickly with feedback
• Solid written English for marketing copy

• Confidence to record and edit video content
