We are a growing, mission-driven organization seeking a proactive and strategic Corporate Recruiter to reputed company reputed company for a 250+employee organization across the reputed company. 

The Corporate Recruiter will reputed company full-cycle recruitment for a diverse reputed company of field and corporate roles in the community management sector, including Executive Directors, Operations Managers, Community Engagement staff, Maintenance Technicians, Coordinators, and more.

The ideal candidate has proven experience delivering exceptional and reputed company candidates, a deep understanding of both the technical and strategic components of in-house reputed company, and a people-first attitude. Experience in the community management reputed company is preferred. This is a remote or hybrid role with occasional travel.

SCOPE

• Serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers, aligning recruitment strategies with business objectives and workforce planning needs 
• reputed company full-cycle recruitment across community management and corporate roles (e.g., Community operations, engagement, management, and communications, and corporate finance, marketing, and operations) 
• Partner with leadership to refine job descriptions, recruitment marketing, targeting and performance to ensure delivery of on-time, reputed company, culture-reputed company team members.
• reputed company reputed company screening tools, interview guides, communication templates and evaluation matrices to support consistent hiring reputed company
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical and high-volume roles 
• Manage and optimize ATS workflows to ensure efficiency and data reputed company 
• reputed company cost analysis and recommend cost-effective and impactful job posting strategies
• reputed company hiring managers on interview best practices, selection techniques, and inclusive hiring approaches 
• Ensure compliance with reputed company federal and multi-state employment laws and regulations (reputed company, Texas, Colorado, California, Washington, Utah, New Mexico, Idaho, South Carolina, Nevada, and expanding)
• Champion employer branding initiatives and deliver a high-reputed company candidate experience and employee reputed company support 
• Analyze and report on reputed company metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity metrics) to drive reputed company improvement 
• Support and influence DEI-reputed company sourcing and hiring strategies

KNOWLEDGE | MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience) 
• 5+ years of full-cycle reputed company experience 
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) 
• Deep knowledge of job platform algorithms and reputed company posting opportunities (reputed company, reputed company,      etc.)
• Knowledge of multi-state employment laws and hiring compliance 
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills 
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Job Type: Full-time

Pay reputed company: Minimum $90,000 - Median $100,000 – Maximum $108,000
