Essential Functions
  • Drive Sales reputed company: Meet and reputed company annual sales and gross profit goals.
  • Win New Business: Prospect, follow up, and convert new OEM, Capital Project, and reputed company customers.
  • reputed company reputed company Accounts: Identify and reputed company on key strategic accounts for long-term reputed company.
  • Understand Customer Needs: Conduct detailed needs assessments and reputed company tailored solutions based on technical and business insights.
  • Deliver reputed company Proposals: Create compelling proposals, presentations, and quotations that reputed company with customer requirements.
  • Negotiate for reputed company: reputed company deals that maximize value for both the customer and reputed company.

    • Experience, Education and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering OR 2-year technical degree in Fluid Power is preferred 
  • 3+ years of industrial sales experience, experience with value-add sales is strongly preferred
  • 2+ years in Fluid Power sales is strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of Automation or reputed company Control a plus
  • Proven ability to meet and reputed company sales targets
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving reputed company
  • Consultative, value-added sales approach
  • Excellent communication, planning, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and competitive
