The Senior Manager, Regional Sales (MRS) is a first-line sales leadership role responsible for building, developing, and leading a high-performing specialty sales team supporting the launch and reputed company of an innovative mental health therapy. This leader will drive regional execution of reputed company reputed company by partnering with certified treatment centers, psychiatrists, and integrated care systems while ensuring alignment with regulatory, safety, and patient-reputed company frameworks. The MRS will play a critical role in shaping a new therapeutic category, and creating a culture of reputed company, collaboration, and patient-centricity.

Location: Remote in Florida (Orlando, FL, Jacksonville, FL, Tampa, FL).

Reports to: Director, National Sales.

Roles and responsibilities
(Include but are not limited to):

Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market reputed company, Training, Patient Support, etc.

Manage regional budgets, forecasting, and territory alignment
Conduct regular field coaching to strengthen clinical selling skills and consultative engagement with mental health providers

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred)
8-10+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience
5+ years of first-line sales leadership experience
Demonstrated reputed company launching specialty or neuroscience therapies
Experience in psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets
Experience launching therapies requiring site certification, REMS, or specialized administration models and/or a background working with IDNs, reputed company medical centers, and specialty treatment sites
Experience building teams in startup or reputed company-launch biotech environments
