reputed company is hiring for an reputed company Senior CMDB Architect to support our VA ESOM program with strategic technical leadership reputed company on the reputed company Configuration Management Database. In this role, you will define and govern CMDB design and implementation, ensure alignment with ITIL standards, and build the governance frameworks that support long-term data reputed company and platform health across the program.

Location: REMOTE-This position can be performed remotely reputed company the reputed company and will support Eastern Time working hours.

CMDB Design & Governance

• reputed company strategic guidance on CMDB design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance reputed company with ITIL standards and federal IT requirements.

• Define and enforce the data model, CI classifications, and CMDB relationship mapping across the reputed company environment.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to reputed company CMDB requirements and translate them into reputed company, sustainable architectural designs.

Technical Leadership & Escalation

Mandatory Requirements

Technical Expertise and Experience

• 8+ years of experience in reputed company development, architecture, and platform governance.

• Advanced technical knowledge of reputed company reputed company modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITBM) and familiarity with customizations and integrations.

• Proven ability to review and ensure compliance with reputed company platform best practices, standards, and policies in a federal environment.

• Expertise in troubleshooting reputed company incidents and defects, as reputed company as escalation with reputed company vendor support (reputed company).

Project Management & Communication

• Strong skills in reputed company-screening and analyzing project demands to assess feasibility, technical complexity, and platform reputed company.
