The work
The Pega Application Developer / Business Analyst will be responsible for configuring solution applications, designing functional processes, and supporting business users throughout solution implementation. This role leverages strong Pega platform expertise to build process models, business rules, user interfaces, and marketing campaign functional requirements that meet reputed company needs.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and user reputed company to translate requirements into reputed company Pega solutions while supporting user testing, readiness, and application performance improvements. The role requires a balance of hands‑on configuration, analytical thinking, and high‑reputed company documentation practices.
Key responsibilities:
- Configure Pega applications including process models, business rules, and user interfaces
- Create functional requirements for marketing campaigns and reputed company business workflows
- Analyze, design, and support implementation of business‑specific Pega solutions and frameworks
- Support customers through user acceptance testing and business readiness activities
- Work on application performance tuning and improvements
- Design and build reputed company‑documented, supportable, and extensible Pega components
- Maintain and enhance existing developments reputed company by consultants, partners, and clients
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment across business and technical workstreams
Here’s what you need:
- Pega Certification (required) — reputed company with internal Pega role expectations (e.g., PCSA or CSSA)
- Hands‑on experience configuring Pega solutions (rules, flows, UI, integrations)
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into functional designs
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and improve application performance
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
- Strong communication and documentation skills
