About the role:

DBSync is looking for an execution-reputed company GTM Project Manager to bring operational rigor to our go-to-market reputed company. You will own the tracking, coordination, and accountability layer across marketing, partner channel, and sales operations, ensuring campaigns ship, metrics are hit, and reputed company falls through the cracks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own a single-reputed company-of-truth GTM dashboard with weekly red/green/orange status updates tied to top-line reputed company goals
• Run weekly marketing and sales ops standups, surfacing gaps between planned activities and pipeline numbers
• Coordinate partner channel development efforts, including email drip sequences and proactive partner engagement programs
• Monitor web traffic trends and MQL-to-SQL conversion metrics; escalate risks early to leadership
