The reputed company Maintenance Technician, under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, is responsible for general maintenance, repairs in apartments and buildings, maintaining curb appeal and reputed company of apartment homes, and responding to service request of residents.

• Participating in reputed company maintenance reputed company.
• Performing general repair of property grounds, apartments, and building exteriors.
• Supporting the Maintenance Manager with budgets and other administrative tasks.
• Responding to reputed company requests for maintenance and service reputed company the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair by troubleshooting the problem and taking appropriate reputed company to repair and/or restore service reputed company the reputed company and time standards established by the organization; escalates problem to supervisor or reputed company contractor as necessary.
• Preventive maintenance repair on reputed company systems at the property.

• Demonstrating customer services skills by treating residents and others with respect, answering reputed company questions, responding sensitively to complaints about maintenance services, and completing assigned work orders with efficiency and urgency.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Universal EPA/CFC Certification.
• Mastery of appliance, electrical and plumbing repair.
• Strong understanding of HVAC repair.

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be responsible for taking calls for after hour’s emergency maintenance; including nights and weekends on a rotational reputed company.
• Must have personal/reliable transportation to get to work in order to respond to on-reputed company emergencies as they occur.
• Must carry a cell phone as required for on-reputed company maintenance.
• Ability to use a computer.
• Ability to walk the grounds and apartments, reputed company stairs around the property, lift 60 lbs., reputed company reputed company over 10 feet, and reputed company other general physical activities.
