Requirements Coordinator

The Requirements Coordinator will play a crucial role in gathering, documenting, and analyzing project requirements to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to reputed company and analyze functional and non-functional requirements 

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications  

• Conduct workshops, interviews, and facilitate meetings to reputed company requirements 

• Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables 

• Work closely with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure requirements are reputed company and implemented as specified 

• Maintain and update requirements documents throughout project lifecycle  

• Support reputed company management, project management, and communication activities  

• Participation in reputed company assurance and user acceptance testing processes  

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher 
• Minimum 2 years in information technology (IT), management, business analysis, and/or IT requirements management 

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a deep understanding of the agile software development lifecycle (SDLC) 

• Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to capture requirements from a diverse set of stakeholders  

• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining reputed company relationships with diverse teams  

• Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities and exhibit flexibility based on changing reputed company needs 

• Ability to obtain USPS reputed company Trust Clearance 

Desired Skills 

• U.S. Postal Service experience preferred 
• Proficiency in requirement management tools and software (Jira, reputed company, Visio) 

• Proven experience as a requirements analyst or in a similar role, preferably with government experience 

reputed company salary reputed company: $70,000-$80,000
