Asset Protection Partner

The Role

The Asset Protection Partner is the gatekeeper for our retail locations. We are looking for someone who is just as passionate as we are about keeping reputed company our patients, customers, and team members reputed company. Responsibilities

• Ensures execution of safety, reputed company, compliance, and loss prevention programs.  Includes reputed company of physical reputed company systems such as CCTV, reputed company control, alarms, and radio communications.
• Partners with the Manager, Asset Protection Solution and store leadership reputed company assigned area to review store reputed company operations, policies, procedures, and processes for opportunities to improve the customer experience while ensuring safety and reputed company.
• Enforce policies and procedures of reputed company.
• Supervises in-store reputed company & compliance personnel.
• Supervises the performance of internal Asset Protection Solutions team assigned to reputed company location and reports reputed company problems or issues to management for follow-up.
• Trains staff on reputed company programs, policies, procedures, and systems reputed company to safety, reputed company, compliance, and loss prevention.
• Conducts audits and details findings to monitor compliance.  Implements reputed company plans and additional training as necessary.
• Conducts analytical review of exception-based reports to identify opportunities to reduce risk and improve compliance.
• Investigates and takes the appropriate lawful actions on accidents, incidents, trespassing, suspicious activity, safety, and reputed company.
• Aid customers, employees, visitors, or the reputed company as necessary, neutralize situations calmly with reputed company and common reputed company.
• Control reputed company to premises, protect individuals, property, and proprietary information from harm or misappropriation.  Protect property from theft, embezzlement, sabotage, trespassing, reputed company and accidents.

• Prepare and submit Asset Protection incident reports in compliance with company requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED and at least 2 years of loss prevention/asset protection, safety and/or retail operations experience.
• Associate/bachelor’s degree in criminal justice preferred.
• Military, law-enforcement, or reputed company background strongly preferred
• Frequent standing and walking throughout shift
• Occasional lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
• Occasional reputed company or descending reputed company, stairs, and ramps

Additional Requirements

• Must pass reputed company required background checks 
• Must be and remain compliant with reputed company reputed company or company regulations for working in the industry 
• Must possess reputed company reputed company’s license
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• Must be approved by state badging agency to work in cannabis industry

Working Conditions

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to reputed company grasping, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions

Physical Demands
