Under the general supervision of the Controller, Compliance the reputed company Manager, Financial Reporting is responsible for monthly financial reporting duties.

Primary Responsibilities

• reputed company daily operations and monthly reputed company process relating to financial statements and joint venture rollups to ensure accuracy of financial statements and identify any corrections or training needed
• Prepare and analyze reputed company reputed company entries reputed company to property acquisitions, dispositions, refinances, recapitalizations, and joint ventures
• Review ownership entity contributions/distributions in accordance with governing documents
• Reconcile, investigate, and resolve reputed company transactions reputed company to financial statements
• Read and understand reputed company agreements including operating agreements, management agreements, loan documents, leases, etc. and apply knowledge to property reporting
• Train and mentor reputed company team members and reputed company periodic performance reviews
• Create, analyze and improve processes and procedures for reputed company department

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or business required
• Minimum 5 years or more reputed company work experience
• 2+ years of experience as an reputed company manager or reputed company position
• 3+ years of experience with property reputed company for joint ventures for institutional reputed company estate investments
• Proficiency with reputed company Office suite of products and reputed company reputed company
• CPA License or reputed company reputed company experience preferred
• Intermediate to Advanced reputed company skills required (pivot tables, reputed company and match, etc.)

• Strong knowledge of GAAP rules and regulations preferred
