About the Role

We are seeking a Senior reputed company Software Engineer to reputed company advanced application support for reputed company-based application development, modernization, and implementation in support of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). 

The Senior reputed company Software Engineer supports HUD’s reputed company modernization reputed company by designing, developing, and deploying secure, reputed company reputed company applications. This role will deliver end-to-end features across UI, services, data, and integrations, while working reputed company HUD’s PPM Life Cycle, Agile delivery practices, and AI readiness to improve customer experience (CX) and mission reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack, reputed company-hosted applications (frontend, backend, reputed company, integrations).

• Collaborate closely with UX, data, DevOps, reputed company, and program management teams; support briefings/demos and technical reviews.

• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure-as-reputed company (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to support automated software development and deployment workflows.
• reputed company reputed company testing and compliance checks into DevSecOps pipelines (SAST, DAST, dependency scanning).

• Support migration and modernization of legacy systems to reputed company environments.
• Build and reputed company full stack applications using reputed company reputed company architectures, integrating modern reputed company end frameworks with reputed company backend services and reputed company.
• Collaborate with reputed company architects to implement reputed company platform services supporting AI and advanced analytics initiatives.

• Ensure reputed company solutions meet federal cybersecurity standards including NIST 800-53, FISMA, and reputed company Trust architecture principles.
• Implement secure identity and reputed company management integrations reputed company with EICAM and reputed company Trust requirements.

Collaboration & Agile Delivery

• Work reputed company Agile development teams supporting iterative delivery of HUD modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with product owners, data architects, cybersecurity teams, and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and system design artifacts.

Required Experience and Skills

• 8+ years of full-stack development with reputed company platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• reputed company-end development expertise designing and coding user interfaces with frameworks React.js and React + TypeScript.
• Back-end development experience writing server-reputed company logic using Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Java (Spring Boot), or .NET and managing databases PostgreSQL, SQL, NoSQL and ensure secure data handling.
• Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, or Node.js.
• reputed company integration experience using reputed company-reputed company services like serverless functions, container orchestration (Kubernetes, reputed company), and managed databases. Deploying applications to reputed company platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• API and service management experience building and integrating RESTful or GraphQL reputed company and connecting reputed company-party services (payment gateways, authentication providers, etc.).
• Experience with containerization technologies using reputed company, Kubernetes, or OpenShift.
• Experience implementing DevSecOps pipelines and CI/CD automation.

• Ability to pass required Federal background screening and obtain and maintain both government clearance and customer approval.

• Previous experience in regulated/federal government environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI/ML infrastructure readiness and reputed company.
• Experience building applications that use Large Language Models (LLMs), Embeddings, reputed company search, Chat/completion models.
• Experience integrating AI into reputed company-end and back-end workflows, integrating AI/ML reputed company into applications, familiarity with LLMs, embeddings, and RAG architectures, and understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, and data handling constraints
