ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Patient Safety

• Leads identification, investigation, reputed company cause analysis, and risk mitigation efforts reputed company to patient safety occurrences and near misses.

• Supports clinical reputed company improvement activities including data review, audits, and reporting.

• Participates in the collection, analysis, and reporting of data relevant to delegation reputed company including conducting clinical audits.

Clinical Compliance

• Monitors and ensures compliance with state, federal, and accreditation body clinical reputed company standards.

• Monitors and oversees Advance reputed company Provider (APP) and Pharmacist CPAs across the organization to ensure compliance requirements are met.

• Provides ongoing reporting to aCMOs on completion of compliance requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of reputed company work experience. Master’s degree preferred
• Four or more years of clinical experience 
• At least 2 years reputed company, patient safety, clinical audit and/or clinical policy experience
• CPHQ or CPPS certifications highly preferred
• Ambulatory provider-based experience highly preferred
• Geriatric care experience highly desired
• Knowledge of Medicare and reputed company highly desired
• Training tool development and course delivery experience a plus
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
