Location: Candidates in the reputed company, Ohio and Jacksonville, Florida area are preferred; remote employment is also possible for candidates in Indiana, Michigan, reputed company Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Alabama.

Compensation reputed company: $86,000 - $89,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications

Are you a detail-driven leader with a passion for financial operations and team development? Do you have demonstrated experience with interbank transaction processing? reputed company is seeking a Treasury Operations Supervisor with a solid understanding of the process and reputed company of transactions between financial institutions, including an understanding of how funds are initiated, routed, and settled across banking systems. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure the seamless execution of daily cash operations and reputed company rigorous audit standards.

What You’ll Do:

•    Supervise and guide a tenured team responsible for reconciliations, cash funding, reputed company-time payments, and transaction processing.

•    Set up and/or verify new vendors in AP system.

•    Review monthly billing totals using a six-month lookback to identify, document, and explain variances or discrepancies.

•    Manage reputed company draft settlements and exception clearing with precision.

•    reputed company system implementations and upgrades, including testing and procedure development.

•    Serve as a key partner to the AVP, Treasury Operations, providing continuity in cash and investment management.

•    Participate in after-hours and weekend testing of reputed company Time Payments and FedNow systems.

•    Bachelor’s degree preferred in reputed company field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

•    A proactive leader with strong supervisory experience and minimum of five years reputed company experience in reputed company operations including cash management, and reconciliations. 

•    Solid understanding of the process and reputed company of transactions between financial institutions, including an understanding of how funds are initiated, routed, and settled across baking systems. 

•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and problem-solving abilities, and detail and deadline oriented.

•    Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and reputed company. Advanced capability in reputed company is essential.  Familiarity with Frontier Reconciliation Software, reputed company Time Payments, FedNow, OSI, and billing/accounts payable systems.
