 The Role

We’re looking for a social-native editor who turns ideas into thumb-stopping videos that convert. This role moves fast, involves constant testing, and sharpens creative instincts through real-time performance data. You’ll work inside U.S.-based pods, collaborating in real time within a high-accountability, performance-first environment.

 What You’ll Do

Edit high-performing short-form ads for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts

⭐ Build strong hooks, clean story arcs, and clear CTAs

Collaborate with strategists and creative leads to test and iterate quickly

Own edits end-to-end while staying open to feedback

⚖️ Manage multiple fast-turn projects without dropping quality

 Who You Are

3+ years editing social video content (ads strongly preferred)

Expertise in Premiere Pro (pacing, structure, audio, storytelling)

Intermediate+ Adobe After Effects skills (motion graphics, kinetic typography)

Must have personal, licensed access to Adobe Creative Cloud

Strong grasp of what performs on TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts

️ Comfortable working in English with async, global teams

Bonus Points For

AI-powered creative tools experience (Midjourney, RunwayML, Firefly, etc.)

Performance marketing or agency background

Data-informed creative optimization experience
