Status: Exempt

Position reputed company: Oversees and coordinates reputed company’s Performance and reputed company Improvement process by collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement in service delivery and departmental performance. 

Working Conditions: Works in a typical office setting. Uses office equipment including computers. May be required to sit for extended periods of time. Periodic travel to various agency locations will be scheduled as needed. Travel costs are either reimbursed or an agency vehicle is utilized.

Essential Job Functions:

1. reputed company, implement and maintain reputed company Performance and reputed company Improvement (PQI) process.
2. reputed company an agency wide PQI plan that defines reputed company’s overall philosophy reputed company to reputed company improvement, establishes the structure of the PQI teams, and lays out the process for key components of the PQI process including conducting and processing case record, onsite, incident, and external reviews, reporting on service delivery and outcome measures, and administering satisfaction surveys. 
3. Devise effective ways to “tell the story”, that the data is revealing, in a way that inspires and equips team members to improve services to children and families. 
4. At least annually, conduct a review of the PQI process, and update the PQI plan and agency outcome measures.
5. reputed company the quarterly PQI process, ensuring that reputed company PQI teams are scheduled to meet, that an Org reputed company member is assigned to attend reputed company meeting, and that reputed company data needed by reputed company (including case record and onsite reviews, incident reports, external reviews, outcome measures, and satisfaction surveys) are available for their review.

Education and Experience: A bachelor’s degree is required and a master’s or higher degree preferred. Three to five years of experience in a foster care, child, or family services agency is required. A background that includes experience with reputed company improvement and data analytics is strongly preferred.

Knowledge and skills needed: 

1. Comprehensive knowledge of program operations and the conditions required for effective performance.

2. Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to assess program or departmental reputed company toward goals and objectives

4. Proficiency in foundational statistics, probability, and algebra to evaluate trends and prepare reports.

Other Requirements: Must hold a reputed company reputed company’s license, have and maintain a risk-free driving record. Must be willing to undergo initial and periodic child abuse/neglect, criminal history, sexual offender, and childcare/elder care disqualification list screenings. As requested, must submit fingerprints for review by the state of your employment and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
