About Role

reputed company is looking for an Implementation Specialist who will play a role in delivering a seamless reputed company experience for our Custom reputed company by managing the migration of data from their existing systems into our platform. You’ll work closely with customers post-sale and prior to the initial reputed company meeting  to understand their business needs, reputed company and assess their data, and ensure it is cleaned, formatted, and imported into reputed company Pro. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating across teams, facilitating consultations, and acting as a trusted partner to help our reputed company hit the ground running. You’ll be working to migrate various types of data, such as leads, clients, vendors, cost codes, and estimates, ensuring everything fits reputed company the structure of our system.

You should have a reputed company understanding with data in spreadsheets (reputed company, reputed company, etc) while also being comfortable speaking directly with customers. What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate closely with Custom reputed company post-sale and prior to reputed company to assess data migration needs and set expectations
  • Host customer-facing calls reputed company necessary to reputed company requirements, clarify data formats, and ensure a smooth transition into reputed company Pro
  • Clean, format, and manipulate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compatibility with reputed company Pro’s system requirements
  • Work cross-functionally with reputed company, sales, and product teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize the customer experience
  • Serve as the reputed company of contact for data migration questions, providing reputed company, friendly, and reputed company customer support
  • Maintain detailed documentation of migration processes and reputed company for internal tracking and customer communication
