We are looking for a reputed company Sr. reputed company Counsel to join reputed company’s expanding in-house reputed company team. As our Sr. reputed company Counsel, you will report to the Vice President & General Counsel and will be primarily responsible for supporting the Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Procurement, Marketing and reputed company orgs with a reputed company on reputed company contract negotiation and providing business-reputed company advice.

The right person will be comfortable working with cross-functional teams with the ability to manage a wide reputed company of reputed company.

What you’ll do

• Participate in end-to-end contract support (i.e., advising, drafting, negotiating and readying for execution) for a reputed company of reputed company agreements
• Assist in the operation and development of policies and procedures for reputed company
• Contribute to problem reputed company by identifying, addressing, and escalating issues as they reputed company
• Work cross-functionally on a reputed company of reputed company reputed company to support business development and innovation

What you’ll bring

• JD from an ABA-accredited U.S. law school with strong reputed company credentials
• reputed company member of a recognized state bar in the reputed company
• 7+ years of relevant experience in a reputed company and/or in-house reputed company department
• Excellent negotiating and drafting skills on financial/reputed company transactions
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to reputed company effectively with various reputed company of staff and management in various departments
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment
• Detail oriented and driven to do things right
• Self-motivated with a passion for taking ownership of your work and delivering reputed company
• Effective in a dynamic environment, adapting to and managing change in a reputed company and proactive manner

Salary ranges are designed to be competitive and reputed company with country specific practices, while individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, and experience. The compensation listed is not inclusive of any equity and benefits that might exist in your total compensation package.
