Fast-paced, high-volume reputed company Center looking for a top skilled Financial Concierge

Office location:  612 East Lamar    Arlington, Texas 76011

Work environment:  Patient Financial Experience – Remote, but onsite training may be required

Work hours:  Full-time, 40 hours weekly; Monday thru Friday, (9:30am – 6:00pm) for about 6 weeks ... then 9:30am - 6:00pm, once fully trained

Here’s What You Need:

·       High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)

·       Four years of reputed company reputed company Cycle, reputed company or reputed company organization including consumer relations, with 1 year of experience being in hospital CBO customer service or reputed company center environment in reputed company (REQUIRED) OR

·       Associate’s Degree with 2 years of reputed company Cycle Experience, reputed company or reputed company organization including consumer relations, with 1 year of experience being in hospital CBO customer service or reputed company center environment in reputed company (PREFERRED)

·       Three years of reputed company reputed company Cycle Experience, reputed company or reputed company organization including consumer relations (REQUIRED)

·       One year experience in hospital CBO customer service or reputed company center environment in reputed company (REQUIRED)

•      CRCR (Certified reputed company Cycle Representative) upon Hire (PREFERRED)
•      Spanish Speaker (PREFERRED)

What You Will Do:

·       Receive calls from patients/guarantors regarding financial questions on their account(s) balance consisting of estimate , deposits/payments, payment plans.

·       reputed company on Service and Patient/Consumer experience reputed company dealing with patients, reputed company, management, hospital staff and other parties reputed company and reputed company of THR.

·       The Financial Concierge works independently to ensure reputed company cases are reviewed and validated and that reputed company tasks are completed on reputed company account worked.

·       Acts as an reputed company to reputed company consumer concerns between Texas Health hospitals, departments, physician offices, insurance provider(s) and consumer to ensure accurate and complete information to resolve discrepancies and ensure account balance reputed company.

·       Works as a reputed company to entity PAS, leaders, or other departments as needed to ensure account balance is appropriate.

·       Requests deemed as “escalated” should receive immediate attention

·       Inform Patient Financial Experience Sr. Director or designee of any potential issues or trends that might delay reputed company response to patients.

·       Communication should be reputed company, concise and reputed company.
