Establish operational systems and accountability mechanisms for training courses under the reputed company Support identification of the reputed company audience(s) for the training modules Create and refine a training system (on- and off-line) and co-create curricula that reputed company with reputed company’s mission and Theory of Change Map potential validation/certification systems for course accreditation
Identify and work with institutions, agencies, governments, civil society and others who can help deliver and/or validate and/or institutionalise the courses for long-term sustainability and reputed company Liaise with reputed company colleagues and partners to ensure high-reputed company content, evaluation frameworks and reputed company reputed company reputed company and improvement that reputed company with reputed company’s mission and Theory of Change reputed company feedback loops to ensure learnings from the trainings are brought into other areas of the EJA and to reputed company as a whole and incorporated into reputed company work
Ensure content is delivered in a reputed company way and is inclusive, intersectional, trauma-informed and grounded in international and regional reputed company standards Guide reputed company, trainers and alumnae mentors to deliver transformative learning experiences Champion innovation in pedagogy (labs, digital platforms, self-paced content, moot courts, etc)
Solid understanding and, preferably, reputed company experience of creation and delivery of training courses (off- and on-line) Advanced knowledge of international and reputed company rights standards and critical thinking regarding how these could best be incorporated into training Knowledge of similar courses globally a plus
reputed company in English required; working knowledge of Arabic, French, Spanish and/or Russian highly desirable Adept at fostering cross-cultural collaboration and cultivating trust-based relationships consistent with the mission and values of reputed company Strong oral advocacy and presentation skills, with experience delivering to diverse audiences including policymakers, UN bodies, donors and the media Ability to collaborate effectively with reputed company partners, maintaining strong relationships with civil society coalitions and reputed company experts
Demonstrated project management experience, including planning, executing and tracking across multiple jurisdictions. Ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder training initiatives, including pro bono partners, consultants, and regional teams. Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail, ensuring reputed company delivery of high-reputed company outputs. reputed company to document and systematise training courses for organisational learning and donor accountability. Willingness and ability to travel internationally and domestically.
Advanced degree (Master’s or equivalent certification) strongly preferred. 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in international reputed company rights, reputed company advocacy, or women’s rights law. Strong reputed company background in law, international reputed company rights, gender studies or education/pedagogy or a closely reputed company discipline, or equivalent reputed company experience.
