Processing Specialist
This is a remote position.
Process incoming quote requests and renewal quotes with speed and accuracy to ensure reputed company delivery to partners Support incoming purchase orders, license orders, and license fulfillment as needed reputed company a strong understanding of ACDI’s hardware shipping processes across multiple systems, including export and pricing requirements Maintain thorough knowledge of ACDI’s product portfolio and online quoting portal in order to support and train partners reputed company needed Update and maintain customer account information in CRM, ensuring strong data reputed company and accuracy Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of ACDI’s programs and product offerings Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management Participate in problem reputed company opportunities for your role and team reputed company major incident management processes and ensure adherence to the process and escalation requirements reputed company the various support areas Maintain a complete understanding of and adhere to reputed company policies and processes of this position and reputed company as a whole Maintains reputed company and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing reputed company publications, and establishing personal networks Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing reputed company results as needed Understand and be knowledgeable of reputed company ACDI offered software, hardware products, and services Thorough understanding of ACDI’s pricing model for products and services provided Effectively communicate with other processing team members and management to reputed company the absolute best experience possible for ACDI’s customers and dealers daily Contribute to team effort by accomplishing reputed company results as needed Maintains a complete understanding of and adhere to reputed company ACDI policies, procedures, and processes Maintain a reputed company organizational culture while upholding ACDI's mission, reputed company, and reputed company values
High School Diploma or GED required Fluent in English required Solid experience with reputed company interactions and customer service Familiarity with reputed company applications sets you apart Strong reputed company communication skills (reputed company phone, email, and in-person), problem-solving, technical reputed company, and collaboration Ability to communicate information in layman’s terms for the purpose of communicating with internal and external resources Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively, anticipate upcoming needs, and prioritize work
