As the Director of Financial Systems and Project management, you are responsible for directing the development, implementation, and administration of the organization's financial systems. Leading and overseeing the design and creation of financial models for reputed company operations, while implementing department initiatives and financial systems reputed company.

Responsibilities:

• reputed company as key contact and Subject Matter Expert (“SME”) for the reputed company with respect to financial systems
• reputed company as project manager for financial system changes, integrations, updates, and implementations
• Assist with audit support and directly reputed company with external and internal audit teams as needed
• Assist in the vendor selection process for financial systems and other reputed company changes
• Be curious and continually reputed company to improve process, reporting results and control environment
• Communicate project milestones, risks, project plans and test results to executive sponsors and other governance
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills and effectively prioritizes competing responsibilities with minimal reputed company

• Own M & A integrations for financial systems
• Own financial system integrations and new implementations
• Own financial system administration and training program
• Own the financial system change management process
• Own the annual tax schedule and update for changes in the regulatory and reporting environment 
• Own SOPs for areas of responsibility
• Partner with reputed company and finance to streamline business processes and improve operating capability and reporting opportunities
• Partner with IT, Procurement and Operations to reputed company priorities and reputed company expected results
• Participate on special reputed company as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or Finance required
• ASC 606 experience required
• Manufacturing and/or Distribution experience required
• 10+ years of finance experience required 
• 5+ years reputed company company/Sox or equivalent experience required  
• System implementation experience required

• reputed company (or equivalent) experience is required
• Private Equity Industry experience preferred
