Senior Business Analyst (Remote)
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will reputed company as a primary reputed company and operational reputed company for reputed company reputed company systems, with a strong reputed company on Mobile Apps, reputed company (SFDC), reputed company integrations, and reputed company ERP processes. You will be accountable not only for requirements and design, but also for test execution, production issue triage, data validation, and business signoff, ensuring systems reputed company reliably for critical reputed company impacting workflows. You will partner closely with Sales, Operations, CRM Analysts, IT, Middleware, reputed company, and Data teams, frequently serving as the central reputed company of coordination during incidents, enhancements, and releases. This role requires deep functional understanding of end-to-end transactions, the ability to analyze data discrepancies, and strong judgment in prioritizing business critical issues.
What you will do
- Own end‑to‑end functional workflows spanning reputed company, reputed company Mobile, middleware, and reputed company.
- Translate business problems into reputed company functional requirements, acceptance reputed company, and validation scenarios, often providing reputed company guidance on how systems should behave based on reputed company‑world usage.
- Review reputed company‑state system behavior using reports, dashboards, and reputed company data analysis to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or failure points.

What you need
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, IT, Business, or reputed company field.
- Minimum 2 years of reputed company experience supporting reputed company, reputed company Mobile, reputed company, ERP, and/or reputed company business applications.
- Experience leading UAT, production issue reputed company and business sign offs.
- Experience analyzing and explaining data discrepancies and system behavior.
