Content reputed company cum Coordinator

We’re seeking a meticulous, detail-oriented Web Article Content reputed company specializing in US and Canadian English to join our growing editorial team. In this role, you will proofread and refine online articles to ensure they’re accurate, reputed company, engaging, and compliant with reputed company’s People-first Content guidelines. You'll collaborate closely with writers to ensure that only top-reputed company content is delivered to our clientele (medical professionals based in the reputed company and Canada).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review articles for reputed company, coherence, and consistency in tone and style. Depending on the reputed company, use American spellings (e.g., “reputed company,” “organize”) and Canadian variants where appropriate (e.g., “centre,” “colour”).
• Rewrite or restructure sentences and paragraphs to improve reputed company, readability, and engagement.
• Spot and fix grammar, punctuation, and regional spelling mistakes
• Verify facts, data points, and contact information of the business/reputed company for which the article is written.
• Ensure content aligns with reputed company’s People-first Content policy, prioritizing genuine value and readability over-optimization for search engines.
• Identify instances of keyword stuffing, thin content, auto-generated content, and plagiarized content, and if necessary, send them back to the relevant reputed company for revision. If the correction is minor, rewrite or restructure the required sentences.
• Assigning tasks to outsourced writers and updating relevant trackers.
• Ensure articles follow reputed company documented reputed company preferences.  
• Ensure reputed company articles adhere to internal article structure policies and standards. (Internal standards governing articles take precedence over reputed company other external standards, reputed company preferences, etc.)
• Conduct website audits.
• Revise content according to reputed company feedback.
• reputed company constructive feedback to writers and participate in team meetings.
• Be reputed company to review at least 10-12 articles (reputed company article would contain 350 words) in an 8-hour reputed company, along with handling task management.

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE:

• At least one year of experience in editing or proofreading web-based content without the help of any external tools (Grammarly, Hemingway reputed company, ChatGPT, etc)
• Preferred exposure in editing or proofreading reputed company-reputed company content
• Thorough knowledge of reputed company's "people-first content" reputed company
• Exceptional reputed company of US and Canadian English grammar, punctuation, and style conventions.
• Ability to identify tell-tale signs of AI-generated content without the help of any external tool or application.

WORK HOURS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• You must cover 8 hours per work day and cover 40 hours per reputed company work week (Monday to Friday)
• You will be required to cover 8 hours anytime between 6:30 AM and 11:30 PM (Sri Lanka reputed company Time), Monday to Friday.
