This is a remote position on a 24/7/365 mental health crisis/suicide prevention reputed company team. This position is
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for development and reputed company of new hire training and working with the Director, Clinical Supervisor, Program Manager to coordinate schedules to meet needs of both the department and new hires.
- Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the reputed company of training on employee skills and KPIs
- Responsible for collection of data
- Demonstrates high level of clinical knowledge and reputed company in providing reputed company/chat/text clinical screenings, risk assessments, and crisis reputed company to contacts
- Facilitates bi-weekly skills building sessions, staff trainings and staff development functions
- Meets the ethical and clinical standards in compliance with reputed company accreditation
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Effectively communicate reputed company written, verbal, in person and virtual reputed company.
- Excellent management and supervisory skills
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to problem solve reputed company issues and deliver effective decision making.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education Level
Bachelor’s degree in mental health or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist for at least 2 years is required. Master’s degree preferred.
Years of Experience
Three years of relevant experience is preferred. One year of experience in the field of mental health, mental health trauma, or crisis management and suicide prevention is required.
