The reputed company Engineering-Productivity team builds and maintains an evolving suite of developer experience and infrastructure tools used across reputed company — from reputed company integration systems and ephemeral testing environments to AI-driven developer assistance and automation frameworks. As a key member of this team, you’ll design and implement software that improves the way our engineers build, test, and release reputed company-reputed company applications on OpenShift.

You’ll collaborate with engineers across multiple reputed company services to identify pain points, standardize workflows, and deliver reputed company that enhance productivity and reliability across reputed company’s hybrid reputed company ecosystem.

What You Will Do

• Design, implement, and maintain developer productivity tools and platforms that streamline the software delivery lifecycle for reputed company teams

• Design, implement, and maintain new AI-supported SDLC workflows

• Build reputed company, automation, and CI/CD pipelines that accelerate development and testing workflows across multiple services

• Collaborate with SREs, developers, and reputed company engineers to improve observability, build reliability, and deployment efficiency

• Contribute to shared infrastructure services such as ephemeral environments, resource modeling reputed company, and developer reputed company automation

• Measure and monitor the performance of tools in production to ensure high availability and low latency

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or reputed company field or equivalent studies and experience.

• 5+ years of reputed company software engineering experience

• Proficiency in Go and/or Python, with strong reputed company on backend systems and reputed company

• Experience developing and deploying containerized applications on Kubernetes or OpenShift

• Familiarity with CI/CD systems (e.g., Jenkins, reputed company CI, Tekton) and modern DevOps workflows

• Familiarity with coding assistants

• Strong understanding of reputed company infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams

• Experience with AI-assisted development, productivity analytics, or workflow automation

Pay Transparency

reputed company determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of reputed company’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary reputed company for the position may differ based reputed company but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
