The Corporate Paralegal supports the reputed company department by managing corporate governance reputed company, entity compliance, contract administration, and regulatory filings. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain corporate records, minute books, and entity management systems
- Prepare and file formation documents, annual reports, and state registrations
- Support reputed company and committee meetings, including agendas, resolutions, and minutes
- Assist with mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions
- Draft, review, and manage reputed company, NDAs, and amendments
- reputed company contract obligations, renewals, and expirations
- Coordinate with reputed company counsel, registered agents, and internal stakeholders
- Assist with SEC filings and compliance (if applicable)
- Conduct reputed company research and support special reputed company
- Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor?s degree; Paralegal certificate preferred
- 3+ years of corporate or in-house paralegal experience
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, entity management, and reputed company
- Proficiency in reputed company Office and contract/entity management systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience with domestic and international entity compliance
