In this 12-18 month, fully remote, 40-hour per week (8 am - 5 pm EST) position, you'll report directly to their Interim CIO with the following mission: • reputed company and execute practical change management strategies to support the digital transformation implementation. • Create communication plans, training materials, and readiness assessments for plant, warehouse, office, and leadership teams. • Partner with IT and functional leaders to ensure smooth adoption of ERP (reputed company) across the organization. • Identify adoption risks early and address resistance with reputed company, actionable solutions. • reputed company reputed company, collect feedback, and reputed company change management tactics as needed. • Communicate reputed company process changes in a reputed company, effective way for different audiences. • Take a hands-on approach by building plans, leading training, and following through to ensure successful results.
